Coca-Cola launches Dashain offer
KATHMANDU: Coca-Cola Nepal has launched a campaign "Come home on Dashain". According to a statement issued by the company, consumers can get a discount of Rs 10 on 2.25 litre bottles of Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta.
“Coca-Cola is playing its part in creating a spirit of celebration. We hope consumers will help spread the spirit of togetherness during this festive season,” said Salman Latif Rawn, country manager of Bottlers Nepal. Coca-Cola has a long standing association with optimism and this campaign further promotes the association of happiness, he said in the statement.
Samsung Plaza at Pokhara
KATHMANDU: Him Electronics has added a new outlet in Pokhara on Sunday. According to a press statement issued by the company, the new showroom "Samsung Plaza"was inaugurated by the Shekhar Golchha, managing director of Him Electronics. The new showroom showcases smart televisions, LED, LCD, 3D LED and smart cameras. NBL reinstates Palung branch
KATHMANDU: Nepal Bank Limited has reinstated its branch in Palung of Makawanpur district, a press statement issued by the bank said. Coordinator of the bank´s management committee Devraj Adhikari inaugurated the Palung branch amidst a function on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, Adhikari said the bank is earning profit for the last 10 years. The bank has deposit of Rs 56 billion, loan disbursement of Rs 30 billion and bad debt has declined to 5.29 percent.
CEDB launches 5 new loan schemes
KATHMANDU: Clean Energy Development Bank (CEDB) announced five new loan schemes on Sunday. According to a press statement issued by the bank, it launched Women Entrepreneur Loan, Young Entrepreneur Loan, Clean Academic Loan, Clean Mero Pahilo Pyaro (MP2) Home Loan and Clean Contractor Loan, all at an interest rate of 10 percent per annum.
