The company is also launching an SMS service allowing customers to get information about jobs through SMS. “People are really curious to get updates about the jobs they have applied for and also about possible vacancies,” Giri said, adding that the service was going to help job seekers as they will not have to wait to open their computers to get job information. According to merojob.com, people can send SMS to 5253 to find out about vacancies, deadlines and get other job-related services.
‘Double Bandwidth’ offer from Subisu
Subisu Cable Net is introducing a scheme called ‘Double Bandwidth’, which automatically doubles the bandwidth package a customer is purchasing. For example, if a customer buys a bandwidth package of 256 kbps, the person will be entitled to a bandwidth of 512 kpbs. No extra cost will be charged on the additional bandwidth that is being extended to customers, said Subisu.
At the event, customers can get information on various services provided by Subisu such as cable TV, home internet, Small Office Home Office (SOHO) Internet, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Internet, enterprise internet, WAN Ethernet and Managed Video Presence (MVP) Solution, among others.
Subisu has recently introduced FTTH internet service in different parts of Kathmandu Valley and Biratnagar. “The high-speed internet service is of high quality compared to other services,” the company said in a statement. The FTTH internet service provides voice, data and video services.
