Bomb blast targets meat factory in Sunsari

ITAHARI, Sept 5: A bomb has exploded in front of Simyaks Meat Factory on Monday morning, in Narsingha of Sunsari.



The compound walls of the factory have been damaged by the blast, informed District Police Office, Sunsari. [break]



It has been learnt that the Chinese funded factory was the target of the attack.



Excessive use of gelatin in the pressure cooker bomb caused the explosion, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Yamuna Rajak.



Police are further investigating the matter. Since the last few months Khambhuwan Mukti Morcha (Samyukta) and Tarai Janatantrik Mukti Morcha has been terrorizing Sunsari and Morang districts with similar incidents.
