Bir Hospital forms rapid taskforce in view of HoR polls

According to Hospital's Director Dr Dilip Sharma, the team was formed bearing in mind the potential medical emergency during the voting period.

KATHMANDU, March 3: The National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS-Bir Hospital) has formed a rapid response team also comprising medical specialists in view of the voting under the House of Representatives (HoR) polls taking place on March 5. 



According to Hospital's Director Dr Dilip Sharma, the team was formed bearing in mind the potential medical emergency during the voting period. 


The 26-member team is coordinated by Emergency Department, NAMS, Dr Suresh Prasad Nepal.

Likewise, a rapid action task force has been constituted at the Bhairahawa-based Bhim Hospital in view of any medical emergencies during the House of Representatives election on March 5.


The members of the task force formed under the coordination of Dr Madan Adhikari include Dr Binod Khanal, Dr Arif Husain, Dr Ravi Shukla, Narayan Singh Koiri, Bhes Narayan Chaudhary, Ishwari Gyawali, Bandana Pangeni and Jankaraj Pant.


The Bhim Hospital, located in Siddharthanagar Municipality-13, was established in 1990 BS.
