The team is said to have started working in the camp from Sunday. In this connection, the Ministry has informed the Director of Bhutanese Refugee Coordination Unit and Chief District Officer, Jhapa via letter Friday.

The Ministry´s decision was imparted to women, who have been staging sit-in at Bhutanese refugee camp in Beldangi for the past five days demanding identity and relief.

The women staging hunger strike were also asked to break the fasting. However, they responded to not cease their fast-unto-death until the committee starts working from the sit-in site.

Coordinator of Relief Deprived Victim Refugee Women Durga Bista demanded the government dispatch them a letter in such a way that it could address their problems and start works from the site they are performing hunger strike.
