Bhattarai of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-7, Chabahil, comes from the field of journalism. He had been working as personal secretary of Bhandari since she was a lawmaker and Minister for Defense.
Similarly, Gautam of Siraha, whose is now based in Morang, was working as Bhandari's aide.
It may be noted that Bhesh Raj Adhikari of Topgachi-4, Jhapa had been appointed the personal secretary of the President, according to the Office of the President. RSS
