Baitadi airport will see operation soon: Minister Bista

DADELDHURA, Feb 23: Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation Lokendra Bista Magar has said the Patan airport of Baitadi district will be operating within one and a half months.



Bista Magar, who was in Dadeldhura to inspect the obstructed airport of the Far Western Region, informed this while talking to local residents on Thursday morning. [break]



He also said he will have field inspection of the Gokuleswor airport of Darchula, the Mahendranagar airpot of Kanchanpur and the Tikapur airport of Kailali in the region..



In another context, Minister Bista Magar stressed on the need for the Far Western Region to be developed as a tourism destination of the country.
