ACT alliance formed

KATHMANDU, April 3: ACT alliance, a network of over 100 churches and ecumenical organizations working in 125 countries with a combined budget of $ 1.5 billion, has been launched in Nepal with objectives of addressing emergency and development needs.



With the launch of ACT Alliance in Nepal, members of ACT forum Nepal, which includes Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Dan Church Aid (DCA) and Inter Church Organization for Development Cooperation (ICCO) Netherlands, are expected to work in a more extensive manner to help most oppressed and vulnerable communities meet to their emergency and development needs.
