Bhakta Bahadur Chhetri, a teacher at the Radkhani Higher Secondary School in Kusimshera-1 was found murdered on Sunday. [break]
The strike is called by Nepal Teachers Association, Baglung and is supported by Nepal Teachers Union, Nepal National Teachers Organization and Nepal Community Higher Secondary Teachers Union, Baglung.
They have demanded in-depth investigation to the case, due compensation for the bereaved family and stern action against the guilty.
Four person have been detained suspecting their involvement in the murder, said deputy superintendent of police Uma Prasad Chaturvedi at the district police office, Baglung.
Similarly, Chhetri Samaj, Baglung has also demanded investigation into Chhetri´s murder. Chhetri was also district chairman of the organization.
