355 illegal weapons collected in Ilam

ILAM, Feb 21: The District Police Office, Ilam has collected a cache of 355 illegal weapons from different palces in the district during the past one-and-a-half month.



The police collected huge number of homemade guns and petrol bombs from 32 VDCs of the district.[break]



Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) Bhim Bahadur Dahal at a press conference today shared that the police gathered a large number of illegally possessed weapons by issuing a public notice one-and-a-half month ago.



Earlier, the district police had collected 174 weapons from 28 VDCs of the district.
