ChangeFusion Nepal, the organizer of the event said that it will select five out of the 20 participating entrepreneurs as finalists for the Surya Nepal Asha Social Entrepreneurship Award. The award will be given amid an ceremony on Monday.[break]
Issuing a press release, ChangeFusion Nepal said Bazar - which will continue till Saturday - provides an opportunity to visitors and experts to interact with the 20 selected social entrepreneurs who made substantial contribution in social sphere apart from making money from their business ventures.
The event also features seminars where various entrepreneurs and experts will exchange their stories and ideas.
Surya Nepal in association with ChangeFusion Nepal and Nepal Business Initiative is organizing the Social Entrepreneurship Award to honour five entrepreneurs for their creativity, commitment and responsibility shown toward the society apart from targeting profit.
According to organizers, 66 applications were received from different part of the country. The award consists of a combination of financial, networking, mentoring and PR support.
