The dead have been identified as Roshan Thapa, 19, of Gothatar-8, and traffic policeman Pradeep Rai. [break]
Thapa was pronounced dead at Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj, while Rai breathed his last at B&B hospital in Gwarko. Rai was seriously injured when Thapa tried to speed his motorcycle to avoid regular license check at Sallaghari.
