CHITWAN, Jan 24: A person was killed and 30 others injured when a microbus, passenger bus and a truck collided against each other at Fisling of Darechowk DVC-9 in Chitwan on Sunday morning.
The deceased is a male of around 50 years of age and his identity is yet to be ascertained. Of the injured, six are in critical condition, District Police Office Chitwan's Chief Superintendent of Police Basant Bahadur Kunwar said. All the injured are receiving treatment at Bharatpur-based Chitwan Medical College.

The accident occurred when a microbus ( Na 1 Ja 50000) bound for the capital hit a bus ( Lu 1 Kha 8725) coming for the opposition direction in course of attempting to overtake a truck ( Na 4 Kha 9871). The microbus was hit by the truck too, the police said. The accident site lies some 15 kilometers away from Muglin. RSS
