In its second year, YAF is calling out to the youth for ideas, again. YAF will accept grant applications from individuals between 15 and 29 years of age who are currently residing in Nepal. While the ideas and initiatives can tackle any social issue the projects can last from one week to three months. [break]
Previous projects which had been chosen for the YAF include a workshop for the visually impaired women and a program to help small-scale farmers achieve more money for their milk production. Projects which are collaborative in nature and have the potential to be self-sustaining are encouraged.
Apart from funding, selected projects will also receive mentoring and training from the organizing team. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
The application deadline is set for September 15 and an application can be found at changefusionnepal.org.
