Every challenge seems beatable. We asked our readers about what makes them feel young and here’s what they have to share.[break]
Pravin Bhusal says, “Youth is undoubtedly the carefree and fun filled years of one’s life. One thing that makes me feel young is the spirit of ‘I can do it!’ or ‘I shall try that’.
Most of us really enjoy these years as we don’t have to think much about our future. Also, our families’ special attention on our every activity (which is often required) makes us conscious of the fact that we are young.”

Yogesh Kumar Prasai says, “What makes me feel young is the love, care and attention that my parents, especially my mom, shower on me. It makes me feel that I’m still a child. Her occasional scolding, her special attention when I’m sick or tired, our differences in choice and the fact that we, ultimately, going with my choice makes me feel good about being young.”
The good news is that our families’ constant love and support is going to be eternal. So feeling young will not be limited to the number of years we have lived.
Samikshya Bashishtha lists, “Freedom, not much responsibility and a lot of care from my family members makes me feel young.”
She sums it up just right. Freedom and less responsibility are natural accompaniments of being young.
While Binaya Humagain says, “When I’m in a café with my friends and talking and discussing about genius minds, I feel great and of course, when we are in the campus making fun of everything. These things make me feel young and carefree."
