At a press meet organized in the party headquarters, Koteshwor on Saturday, YCL Chairman Ganesh Man Pun said the YCL would now be run as a political, social, economic, cultural organization.
The YCL would devote to the party policy and line of making success the peace and constitution writing, he added.
It would hold its general convention on November 30 and December 1 and 2 in Kathmandu.
