Woman found dead in Bhaktapur

KATHMANDU, July 30: An elderly woman was found dead at her residence in Sirutar VDC-9, Bhaktapur on Friday morning.



Maya Thapa, 56, was found dead with her throat slit, police said.



The assailants made off with jewels wore by Thapa after killing her. They are absconding.
