Westar opens bookings for Tower II

LALITPUR, May 3: Westar Properties, a holding of Golyan Group, on Thursday opened bookings for apartments at Tower II of Westar Residency and also announced special offers to the buyers in a bid to boost sales.



The company has put mock-up apartments on display till May 7.[break]



Briefing the press, Pawan Golyan, chairman of Westar, said the Tower II for which bookings have been opened has a total of up to four-bedroom 215 apartments.



Unlike other apartments, even two-bedroom apartments at Westar Residency cover an area of 800 square feet. The company has fixed the prices of the apartments from Rs 6 million to Rs 15 million.



"We will complete the project by the end of 2012. So the buyers need not wait for long," said Golyan. The project has commercial block, grocery, doctor´s clinic, beauty parlor, amphitheater, yoga garden, café bloc, playground for children and parking lot.



In a bid to facilitate the procurement, the company has also arranged on-the-spot financing facility. Customers can get loans at 9.5 percent interest rate from NMB Bank, Laxmi Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Sanima Bank and Nepal Bank.



Moreover, the company has announced that one out of the first five bookings made over the next three days would be awarded a car every day through a lucky draw.
