But there is only so much you can say to your friends and sometimes people need their own personal space to express their emotions. [break]
Some find solace in writing, some paint when aggravated and some just spend their time alone trying to figure things out.
“I smile or crack jokes,” says Anil Nhemhaphuki. It’s all about finding your own idea of letting go and dealing with the endless huddles that come with the hectic urban life.

Some have a blog or a diary that they like to pour their heart and soul into. These diaries, like talking to one’s self, offer that consolation without moving away from one’s comfortable personal space. “I have my dairy to pour emotions at times,” shares Sawal Maskey on our Facebook page.
Echoing the same, Praveen Bhusal says, “I scribble my emotions in my diary, my best friend who knows all my secrets. My happiness is also expressed by the strange dance moves I do when I´m astonished. I jump-off the ground and scream out aloud! For the time I´m angry, I desperately try to show my anger. When it calms my nerves I criticize myself for the mistake I haven´t committed. Sometimes I have my moments, when I breaking down on a locked room.”
Whatever the cause, writing always seems to help calm the nerves. May it be writing fictions pieces or elaborate pieces in one’s personal diary or just scream on the top of your lungs from your roof!
