The Morcha placed bomb at the gate of Daiji VDC on Monday and also warned VDC secretary Ishwori Dutta Pandey to resign.
It was difficult to work in the VDCs and provide services to the locals after the secretaries were threatened time and again, said Sher Bahadur Buda, chairman of the VDC Secretaries´ rights protection center.
Pandey has already tendered his resignation to the District Development Committee after he was threatened.
Other secretaries are likely to resign after the Local Development Officer arrives in the district.
