Speaking in a program organized in the Capital on Saturday, leader Nepal also said that his party was ready to give right positions to the NC in the government in case the NC accepts its past weaknesses and implements past agreements as well.
On context of Onsari Gharti Magar being elected as Speaker of House recently, the Former Prime Minister Nepal said that all people including women are happy to hear a woman being elected as the Speaker of the House for the first time in Nepal's history.
"After some time, the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will also be held by a woman. It would be better if the position of President is also held by a woman and for that we are doing our best," he said.
The Legislature-Parliament has scheduled the elections to the posts of President and Vice-president on October 24.
Saying that the promulgation of the new constitution through the agreement of 90 percent lawmakers, and adoption by 100 percent lawmakers are good moves, he expressed believes that the country would move ahead in unity.
