KANCHANPUR, June 27: The central member of CPN (UML) Jagannath Khatiwada said on Sunday there is no possibility of bringing the first draft of the new constitution within August 31.

Khatiwada blamed that Maoist party’s dual character has created obstacle in constitution writing, adding that there is slim chance of bringing the first draft of the constitution within August due to Maoists’ dishonesty. [break]

Talking to journalists here, leader Khatiwada said the Maoist leaders are not honest to implement the five-point deal signed while extending the term of the Constituent Assembly (CA).

Khatiwada was on the way to Darchula to attend a program being organized on the 60th anniversary of the late Madan Bhandari.
