UML leader Nepal urges parties to learn from mistakes

SUNDARIJAL, June 9: Senior leader of CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal on Saturday said that political parties should move ahead by learning from past mistakes of their failure to promulgate the new constitution on May 27 despite four years of exercises in the Constituent Assembly (CA).



Speaking at a programme on the occasion of 19th anniversary of Himalayan International Model Higher Secondary School, Jorpati, leader Nepal stated that constitution of 1990 was prepared in three months but the CA could not draft the constitution on time due to political wrangling.[break]



On the occasion, leader Nepal honored teachers of the schools for their continuous service in the school.
