The meeting had decided to move ahead in line with the 16 point agreement reached among the four parties including Madhesi People's Rights Forum (Decmocratic) led by Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar.
At the meeting with Oli it is learnt that Dahal proposed to form the government based on the gentleman agreement.
Dahal stressed that consensus should be sought even within the majority government.
