The deceased have been identified as Naresh Paasawan and Kanhaiya Sah. Three more workers have gone missing after the incident.
The fire broke out while carrying out wielding works at a tank filled with acid in the industry which manufactures Iron pipe and zink.
Nepal Army personnel with help of Nepal police have taken the fire under their control.
