Tenzi Sherpa, 18, of Cheskam VDC and Da Chotar Sherpa of the same place were arrested Friday on charge of raping eleven-year-old, Doma Sherpa of Mamekurki, Cheskam-2. [break]
The duo were arrested after the victim’s father filed a complaint in the police office said, Ramesh Kumar Khadka, deputy superintendent of police, at the district police office, Solukhumbhu.
It has been mentioned in the complaint that the duo raped the victim, four days ago while she was sleeping in a cow shed. Police have taken the duo to district hospital in Phaplu for medical checkup and are further investing the case.
