According to Sub-Inspector at the Office, Dharma Shahi, Keshar Oli, 24, of Tulsipur Municipality-6, Kalpana BK, 35, of Phoolbari VDC-3 and Bishnu Khatri, 54, of the same place were made public.[break]
Shahi said they were arrested on the basis of the petition filed by father and mother of the deceased.
The body of Anish was found nearby the jungle on Tuesday. Anish had gone missing since two weeks ago.
