Meanwhile in women's, IM Shamima Akter Liza of Bangladesh and Nazrana Khan are tied on leading 3.5 points.
Top-ranked Shamima defeated second-ranked FM Sultana Sharmin Shirin in the fourth round while Nazrana defeated her teammate IM Rani Rani Hamid.
With three points, Bina Jaiswal of Nepal currently stands second in the standings. Bina defeated her teammate Shanta Thapa in the fourth round. Rani also has three points. Sri Lankan IM Ranasinghe Sachini and Bangladeshi FM Sulana Zakia earned equal 2.5 points after settling for a draw in the fourth round. Monalisa Khamboo of Nepal, Mohammad Chaudhary of Bangladesh and Wasif Zenobia of Pakistan have equal two points.
