"The government must be ready to go for a fresh mandate as the CA could not accomplish its responsibility of drafting a new constitution despite of two extensions," said Tharu said during a news conference on Tuesday. [break]
Stating that a fresh election is the need of the hour, Tharu also warned of launching protests if the CA term is extended.
The CA has neglected the people´s mandate. So, the CA term must not be extended on any pretext," added Tharu.
