Vice President Jha argued that the leaders have become active after former king Gyanendra said that the monarchy has not come to an end and former prime minister Bhattarai advocated for the revival of the constitution of 1990.
The vice president, who arrived here to take part at a religious function held in Rautahat, said he has no idea if the new constitution would be written on time. “We neither have rights, nor have any information on the issue,” he said.
