Sujata cancels India trip at the last moment

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala has refused to accompany Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal during the latter´s official visit to India starting from Tuesday, said a senior official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.



Sources said that she expressed her unwillingness to travel to India with the prime minister Tuesday morning, saying that she has fallen ill since Monday night, the official told myrepublica on condition of anonymity.
