Student unions vandalize schools in Chitwan

CHITWAN, May 3: Agitating student unions on Thursday vandalized around three schools saying the new students were enrolled with revised fee rates in Chitwan.



A joint ‘inspection team’ of students vandalized Sidhhartha Sikchya Sadan, Aroma Secondary School and Mrigasthali Sikchya Niketan in Chitwan for defying the demand to roll back fee hike decision.



More than two lakhs of properties were destroyed in the attack, schools said.
