Nepal-based Office of the South London College organized a news conference here on Wednesday where Executive Chief of the College Rajan Kandel said they have been working to offer admission with special discount to around 200 of the 500 stranded Nepali students.[break]
Also expressing commitment to transfer and admit the students in other colleges, he said his college would provide educational and legal counseling if the services were needed.
Around 3,000 students from Nepal, India, Pakistan, Nigeria and other countries were left high and dry following the action taken against the London Metropolitan University.
