Sky Pro launched in Ilam

KATHMANDU: Nepal Telecom (NT) on Friday launched Sky Pro Internet service using EVDO technology in Ilam. The state-owned operator launched R-UIM cards bundled with USB dongles to the buyers in the district.



Consumers can purchase RUIM card and enjoy voice service as well as data at 3.1 Mbps speed, NT said in a statement. According to NT, customers can get 1 GB memory card, EVDO dongle, R-UIM card with talk value of Rs 100 and 5 GB data at Rs 2,359. The 5 GB data package is valid for three months NT said in a statement.
