POKHARA, July 28: Nepali Congress Central Working Committee member and lawmaker Dr Shashank Koirala has pointed out the need of removing the word 'secularism' from the new constitution.

While launching a magazine Sankalpa at a discussion program related to the context of upcoming general assembly of the party in Pokhara, leader Koirala said that the secularism should be displaced by religious freedom.
