Nepalgunj beat Region No 7 (Janakpur) by eight wickets at the Pulchowk Engineering Ground in its second match, while Birgunj beat Region No 8 (Pokhara) by three wickets at the Tribhuvan University Ground in Kirtipur.
Nepalgunj completed 237 runs target in with eight overs to spare as Prajwal Shahi scored 93 runs off 110 balls with the help of 13 boundaries. Man-of-the-match Prajwal had scored 96 runs off 87 balls against Birgunj on Monday.
Anupam Singh remained not out on 71-run off 79-ball that included seven boundaries.
Prajwal shared a 99-run stand for the second wickets with Amit before sharing 81 runs partnership for the first wicket with Siddhant Raj Shahi (26-run off 35-ball).
Sushant Mandal and Hari Shankar Sah picked up one wicket each for Janakpur.
Earlier, asked to bat first, Janakpur scored 236 runs losing all wickets in 45.5 overs after Hari Shankar and AbhishekJha completed half centuries.
Hari Shankar contributed 68 runs facing 99 balls that included seven fours, while Abhishek added 58 runs off 63 balls hitting two sixes and six fours.
Abhishek's half century came when Janakpur was struggling to put good fighting total as it had lost six wickets for 73 runs.
Sushant Mandal added 21-run off 26-ball and SanjogKarn remained not out on 20 runs playing nine balls.
Siddhant Raj and Aakash Bista bagged three wickets each, while Avinash Bohara claimed two wickets for Nepalgunj.
In another fixture, Bidhan Shrestha's 78-run contribution for Pokhara was overshadowed by Amit Shrestha's 66 runs for Birgunj, which chased a 224-run target losing seven wickets in 46.4 overs.
Amit, who cracked 11 boundaries, faced 71 balls and shared a 116-run partnership for the first wicket with Rabi Thapa, who also played major role for Birgunj's run-chase by adding all 47 runs off 65 balls. Rabi smashed a six and seven fours.
Hasim Ansari scored 36-run a ball hitting five fours, while AanshuKandoi added 21-run off 34-ball for Birgunj.
Sushil Kandel and Nischal Pandey bagged two wickets each for Pokhara.
Earlier, winning the toss and opting to bat first, Pokhara was bundled out for 223 runs in 47.5 overs despite Bidhan scoring 78 runs off 102 balls. He hit 11 boundaries.
Bidhan shared highest 63-run stand with Santosh Upadhyay (16-run off 37-ball) for the fifth wicket for Pokhara.
Nischal (29-run off 32-ball) and Karan KC (27 runs off 24 balls) added 41 runs to anchor Pokhara's innings.
However, Ram Naresh Giri's four-wicket haul was instrumental in stopping Pokhara. Hasim Ansari and Kumar Thapa claimed two wickets each for Birgunj.
On Wednesday, Pokhara will face Region No 1 (Biratnagar) at TU Ground, while Army Club will play Janakpur at Pulchowk Ground.
