Saran returns home

KATHMANDU, Aug 6: Indian prime minister´s special envoy Shyam Saran returned to New Delhi after holding extensive talks with political parties.



Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had sent him to Kathmandu amidst political parties´ failure to elect a new prime minister.
