According to Raj Kumar Dahal, RR campus unit president of ANNISU-R, students were enraged as Pokharel had admitted some 250 students without charging them fees just ahead of the last Free Student Union election held three years ago.
“He had fake students enrolled in the campus, which led to our rival union´s victory in the elections,” Dahal said. “There was a register with the names of fake students. But, when the probe panel reached the college, it had already been hidden."
