Prime, having already secured their semifinal berth, outclassed NASA 43-27 in their last group match to stay on top. Runners-up NASA also qualified for the semifinals. [break]
Prime took the lead in all of the first three quarters of the match held at the court of hosts Morgan International College, Basundhara. The scores of the first three quarters were 13-8, 7-4, 14-6. The last quarter ended in a 9-9 draw to give an aggregate win for Prime. Gyanu Gauchan contributed 15 points in Prime´s victory.
Meanwhile, NASA, Whitehouse ´A´ and ´B´ and Kaski won their respective matches in the Ninth Men´s National Basketball organized by Nepal Basketball Association (NeBA).
NASA clinched an easy win of 111-57 over Nepal Army during the match held at the Covered Hall of the National Sports Council. Ajay Manandhar scored 29 points for the winners. With their fourth consecutive win, NASA are on top of Group ´D´.

NASA took a lead of 26-16 in the first quarter and did not lose their momentum throughout the game. They added 18-14, 30-19 in the other two quarters while they scored an overwhelming 37-8 points in the last quarter against the already dejected Army.
Whitehouse ´A´ outplayed Sunsari 117-41 in another match. Whitehouse opened the first quarter with a good start of 33-13. They garnered 24-10, 25-12 in the other two quarters and moved toward a brilliant finish with 35-6 in the last quarter. Sadish Pradhan alone scored 50 points for Whitehouse to register his name as the highest scorer as of now in the tournament.
Whitehouse ´B´ edged past Premier 59-36. Whitehouse scored 16-11 in the first quarter but Premier fought back in the second with a 9-8 score in their favor. However, Whitehouse won the remaining two quarters 13-9, 22-7 to seal the match. Asim Shrestha scored 17 points for the winners.
Likewise, Kaski defeated Kavre 71-25. They scored 18-4, 25-2, 13-3 in the first three quarters but Kavre were able to narrow the gap by leading 16-15 in the last quarter, but it was not enough for victory.
