Power supply obstructed in Chitwan

CHITWAN, Jan 11: Power supply has been disrupted in Bharatpur town area from Tuesday evening after some problems were seen in electric transformer.



According to electrical engineer at Bharatpur distribution center of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Dharma Nath Saha, power supply was disrupted after some problems were seen suddenly in two electric transformers at 4:45 pm. [break]



Problems have not been identified so far even as a team of technicians from Hetauda carried out repair and maintenance works whole night.



Out of seven feeders in Chitwan, power supply has been obstructed in five feeders except for Chanauli and Parsa due to problems in transformers.



Service recipients, who had gone to Hospitals to receive different services, have been affected due to obstruction in the power supply.
