KATHMANDU, Au 12: Nepali Congress (NC) has appointed Pradip Parajuli as secretary of the party´s Central Office. According to a press statement issued by NC Headquarters on Sunday, the appointment was made as per the NC Regulation 2068 BS. NC President Koirala has already appointed Basanta Kumar Gautam as the party´s chief secretary.
