Newspaper circulation barred in Morang

MORANG, Feb 6: A group in Pathari of Morang has obstructed the circulation of ´Aujar Daily´ reasoning that the newspaper beg apology in public regarding the news.



A group of youths directed by CPN-UML local leader Kishor Rai had taken 1,000 copies of news paper under control citing news coverage on the illegal extraction of sand and stone from local rivulet for land plotting.



The unruly group also issued death threat to local correspondent for Aujar, Arjun Rai, according to Aujar Daily Pathari Branch Manager, Bijaya Khambu.
