Rahul BK took three wickets for Nepal to limit Oman to a low score while Shakti Gauchan grabbed two. Mehbool Alam, Amrit Bhattarai and Sanjam Regmi each got a wicket for Nepal.
Paras Khadka was named man of the match for his 29 runs and a wicket. He also held two catches.
Nepal thrashed Hong Kong by 118 runs in the opening match at the same venue on Wednesday in the first match of group B of the tournament.
