Nepal Bank launches agro loan

KATHMANDU, Sept 2: State-controlled Nepal Bank Limited has launched a new product called Agriculture Loan Service targeting people involved in agriculture sector. The bank, which started extending the loan from its branch in Panchkhal, Kavrepalanchowk, is offering the product from 22 branch offices.



“The loan will be made available from other branches of the bank depending on local demand,” a bank statement says. The bank has fixed an annual interest of 12 percent on the loan.
