The company even also fixed transportation costs. As per the rate fixed by the company, transportation of goods would cost Rs 34 per Kg from Guangzhou to Kathmandu. However, the cost would vary according to fluctuations in the value of US dollar.
“This company will solely provide services to traders,” said Shrestha. “NCFTTCL will provide quality service and transport goods with responsibility.”
The company has three contact offices in China.
Chinese envoy Yang Houlan, who inaugurated NCFTTCL, said the company aims to address trade problems between two countries´ would definitely make a difference.
