KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Nepali Congress (NC) has officially released its election manifesto, titled ‘Commitment Letter’, ahead of the House of Representatives (HoR) elections scheduled for March 5.

Unlike previous elections where the manifesto was usually unveiled in Kathmandu, this time the NC chose Janakpurdham, the capital of Madhesh Province, for the announcement. The manifesto was presented to the public during the first election rally, with party President Gagan Kumar Thapa officially unveiling the document.
