The NC has also decided to consolidate party´s strength at the village level.
The NC´s decision to hold district level rallies comes shortly after the party´s regional level orientation program in Itahari, Sunsari held to elicit views of party cadres on the system of governance, federalism and Madhes issues.
During the two-day program, the participants had suggested the party leadership to hold rallies at the district level to effectively revive the party´s organizational strength.
NC is holding similar gatherings of the party´s district level representatives in four other development regions. The party leadership will develop the party´s policies on peace and new constitution based on the suggestions from party cadres.
