Acting secretary at the party district committee Karna Bahadur Shahi informed that the convention scheduled for today was disrupted due to snowfall.
He added that the decision was taken as the snowfall could affect the arrival of party active members and leaders to the convention spot.
The convention would be held on Tuesday, it is learnt. RSS
