Earlier, NC Central Working Committee had decided to defer the district level convention scheduled for August 2 by 10 days as the date coincided with the third round of voting for the new prime minister.
The CWC, however, had authorized district committee to conduct the convention, if possible, before the scheduled date.
“We decided to conduct district convention on August 4 keeping in view possible difficulties,” said Dolakha district president Tara Bahadur Koirala.
