According to NC CWC member Narahari Acharya, the meeting was put off for Thursday as the day coincided with the meetings of Constituent Assembly and Constitutional Council.
An informal meeting of NC office bearers and central members took a decision to this effect.
Among other things, the first CWC meeting being held after the demise of the party president Girija Prasad Koirala is scheduled to fix the date of the party´s 12th general convention and settle the differences seen in various district working committees.
